| Exchange Disseminated Time | Inventure Merchant Banker Services Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Open Offer") for and on behalf of Mr. Dilip Rajkumar Patodia (“Acquirer”) and Sidhivinayak Broking Limited (“PAC”), has informed this Corrigendum to the Detailed Public Statement (“Corrigendum”) to the shareholders of Voltaire Leasing & Finance Ltd (“Target Company”), pursuant to and in compliance with Regulation 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 (“SEBI (SAST) Regulations”) as amended. This Corrigendum should be read in continuation of and in conjunction with the Detailed Public Statement (“DPS”) published on February 05, 2014, unless otherwise specified.
Capitalised terms used in this Corrigendum shall have the same meaning assigned to such terms in the DPS, unless otherwise defined. |
