1. Appointed Mr. Deep Shukla, Practicing Company Secretary as a Scrutinizer to conduct the entire voting Process and voting done through physical ballot paper at the 24th ACM of the Company [including e-voting] and to submit the Report for declaration of the results thereof.
2. Adopted and approved the Notice & Directors Report of the Company along with the Corporate Governance Report and other annexure for financial year 2015-2016;
3. Authorized Mr. Mukund Mehta, Managing Director of the Company, to oversee the entire E-voting Process at the 24th AGM of the Company;
4. Re-appointed Mr. Mukund Mehta as the Managing Director of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company in the forthcoming 24th Annual General Meeting. |
