| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015, Natco Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2015 inter alia, will consider the following:
1. Formulation of Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive information pursuant to Regulation 8 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and
2. Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders pursuant to Regulation 9 of the said Regulations. |
