| Exchange Disseminated Time | Precision Wires India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2014, inter-alia, to consider and to take on record, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter & Six months ended September 30, 2014 (Q2) of financial year 2014-2015 and to recommend and declare Interim Dividend, if any for FY 2014-15.
Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Precision Wires India Limited, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code will be closed from November 05, 2014 to November 14, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
