LLP, Chartered Accountants, have tendered their resignation vide their resignation letter dated October 05, 2015. The Board of Directors of the Company proposes and recommends that M/s. Uttam Abuwala & Co., Chartered Accountants, be appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s B S R & Co. LLP. Members' approval for the same is being sought by passing a resolution by means of Postal Ballot.
