| Exchange Disseminated Time | Frontier Leasing & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that on account of resignation of Executive Director Mr. Sandeep Soni from the Board of the Company as on October 28, 2014, the current number of Directors on Board has reduced to 2, namely Mr. V.G Raghavan and Mr. Rajesh Kathuria.
Thus as per the provisions of Section 174 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement, the Board Meeting for adoption of Quarterly Results and financials as on September 30, 2014 could not be done for the want of quorum.
Further, the Company is in the process of inducting the Directors on Board. |
