1. To consider and approve audited financial results for the 4th quarter and year ended March 31, 2014.
2. To consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2013-14.
Pursuant to the Company's Code of internal procedure and conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Designated Employee" covered under the said code will remain closed from May 16, 2014 to May 26, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
