| Exchange Disseminated Time | Can Fin Homes Ltd has informed BSE that at the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 08, 2015, Shri.S. A. Kadur, Director, who retired by rotation u/s 152 of the Companies Act, 2013 was re-appointed.
At the said meeting Smt.P. V. Bharathi, additional director was appointed as a Director liable to retire by rotation. Further, at the said meeting Shri. P. B. Santhanakrishnan, director liable to retire by rotation was appointed as the Independent Directors of the Company for a term of 1 year i.e. from the date of this AGM until the conclusion of the AGM of the year 2016 and whose office shall not be liable to retire by rotation.
