| Exchange Disseminated Time | Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOS Compensation Committee has vide its Circular Resolution dated May 22, 2014 allotted 2,42,539 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).
Further the Company has informed that, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,32,00,63,905 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 33,20,06,39,050. |
