| Exchange Disseminated Time | Virat Crane Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on November 30, 2009, inter alia, have considered and accorded the following:
- The AGM has approved the audited accounts for the year 2008-09 and other resolutions as set out in the agenda for the AGM. Due to the ongoing merger and demerger of the Company, which is in progress with Honorable Andhra Pradesh High Court, the Company has earlier sought for extension of holding the AGM from ROC and the same was granted till November 30, 2009. |
