| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Company Ltd (GNFC) has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2010, inter alia, to consider the proposal of Transfer of V-SAT/ISP Gateway Business of the Company to ING Satcom Ltd, an unlisted Company through Scheme of Arrangement and De-merger against the cash consideration of Rs. 6 Crores to be received by GNFC and in case the same is approved, to consider and approve the draft Scheme of Arrangement and De-merger in respect thereof. |
