| Exchange Disseminated Time 10/03/2016 11:45:03 | GM Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 05, 2016, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the audited Financial Results for the quarter / Year ended March 31, 2016. Further the Board would consider declaration of Final Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2015-2016.
Further note that, the trading window, as described in "Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading" of the Company as per SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulation will remain closed for the above purpose from March 11, 2016 till expiry of 48 hours of publication of the audited financial results of the Company. |
