| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ind-Swift Ltd has informed BSE about the following:
1. The secured debt of the Company have been restructured under Corporate Debt Restructuring mechanism by majority secured Creditors on March 28, 2013. As few of the lenders to the Company are not agreeing to the restructuring, the Company is in process of filing Application u/s 391 of Companies Act to Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana to effect implementation of Restructuring as approved under Corporate Debt Restructuring mechanism.
2. Sh. R. K. Ummat has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company. |
