| Exchange Disseminated Time | Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter 4 and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 and Dividend if any.
Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from May 16, 2016 to May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. Accordingly, during the said periods, the Directors / designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members etc. are directed not to deal in the Company’s shares. |
