| Exchange Disseminated Time | CAC Holdings Corporation, Japan (CAC) and Accel Limited, a part of the promoter Group of Accel Frontline Ltd, (collectively the "Sellers") has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for Sale of Shares by Promoters of 36,18,204 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each representing 12.16% of the equity share capital of the Company ("Sale Shares"), on February 12, 2015, exclusively through the Seller's broker/s named in the notice through a sale on the separate window provided by National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE") and BSE Limited (BSE) for this purpose.
The Sale shall take place at the separate window of the Stock Exchanges and shall commence on February 12, 2015 at 9.15 a.m. Indian Standard Time and shall close on February 12, 2015 at 3.30 p.m. Indian Standard Time. |
