| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 03, 2008 regarding Result of Postal Ballot, Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has informed BSE that the outcome of the Postal Ballot in brief are as following:
1. Resolution for amending the objects clauses of the Company has been approved.
2. Resolution for change of name of the Company from "SHREE PRECOATED STEELS LTD" to "AJMERA REALTY & INFRA INDIA LTD" has been approved.
The other resolution relating to sub-division of shares has not been approved by the shareholders. |
