1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on March 31, 2011 and the Directors Report and Auditors Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. B N Kalyani & Mr. A B Kalyani as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of Prashant V Deo, Chartered Accountant, as Auditor of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
