N. Mukherjee Road, 5th Floor, Kolkata-700001, as the new Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company in place of ABS Consultant Private Limited, Kolkata.
Reason for appointment of Discontinuation: To avail better infrastructure facilities.
Date on which above would become effective: The appointment of Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited will be effective from the date of completion of shifting of electronic connectivity and transition of records. However, ABS Consultant Private Limited will act as the RTA of the Company till such time.
The formalities for change of RTA, shifting of electronic connectivity and transition of records are in process, details of its completion will be communicated to you separately along with copy of agreements and other documents as required.
