| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sanofi India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company, has, by a resolution passed at its meeting held on April 29, 2014, renamed 'Shareholders’ / Investors’ Grievances Committee as the Stakeholders Relationship Committee in compliance with the amended clause 49E(4) of the Listing Agreement.
The Stakeholders Relationship Committee comprises of the following Independent Directors:
Mr. S. R. Gupte, Mr. A. K. R. Nedungadi and Mr. Rangaswamy R. Iyer
Mr. S. R. Gupte is the Chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. |
