a. Dr. Aravind Srinivasan & Mr. B R Nahar have been appointed as Additional Director(s) on the Board of the Company.
b. Mr. Athul Singhi, who was occupying the position as an Alternate Director to act for Mr. Janne Sjoden has resigned w.e.f October 21, 2004.
c. Mr. S K Daga has been appointed as an Alternate Director to act for Mr. Janne Sjoden during his absence. |
