| Exchange Disseminated Time | Compuage Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held May 18, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following items of the business;
1. Considered and discussed the matters in respect of issue of equity shares on preferential basis for an amount aggregating upto Rs. 10 crore at such price and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VII of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and other applicable laws, subject to the approval of members.
2. Extra-ordinary general meeting of the members of the Company will be held for obtaining the approval of the members of the Company for the above and matters incidental to the same. |
