| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/05/2016 10:32:32 | Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results, both on Standalone & Consolidated basis, of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, the Trading Window, as defined in the Company's Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed for designated employees which includes Directors and Officers from May 16, 2016 in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors for taking on record the audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016.
The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company. |
