"Kinetic Engineering Ltd (KEL) has on September 18, 2013 allotted equity shares to the shareholders of Kinetic Motor Company Limited (KMCL) pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation as under:

3,193,882 (Thirty One Lakh Ninety Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Two) fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, 4 KEL equity shares being issued for every 31 existing KMCL equity shares;

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up equity share capital of KEL stands increased from Rs. 103,719,680/- to Rs. 135,658,500/-."
