Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, that the Trading Window is closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect on July 15, 2016 and will be reopened on July 29, 2016 after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on July 27, 2016. |
