| Exchange Disseminated Time | Apcotex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 24, 2010, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010 & Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on the said date and the Reports of the Auditors & Directors thereon.
2. Declaration of Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2010 @ Rs. 5.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- (@ 50%).
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Atul Choksey, Mr. Amit Choksey & Dr. S Sivaram as Directors of the Company.
4. Appointment of M/s. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company, to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
5. Appointment of Shri. Abhiraj Atul Choksey, as "Managing Director" of the Company, for a period of 3 (Three) years, effective from May 01, 2010, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
