| Exchange Disseminated Time | Saregama India Ltd has informed BSE that on an application made by the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 166(1) of the Companies Act, 1956, the Registrar of Companies,
West Bengal has granted its approval for extension of the date for holding the 60th
Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for a period of 90 days i.e. upto December 31, 2007.
Such application for extension was made by the Company since the application for sanction to the Scheme of Amalgamation (Effective Date March 31, 2007) of Saregama Films Ltd with the Company is still pending before the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta for final hearing. |
