1. Appointed Mr. Suraj Kumar Sahu holding the prescribed qualification under Section 2(24) of the Companies Act, 2013, as Whole time Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company;
2. Adopted listing agreement as per the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015;
3. Authorized Mr. Sanjay Soni, Managing Director of the Company to determine materiality of an event or information for the purpose of making disclosures to Stock Exchanges. |
