| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Smartlink Network Systems Ltd has informed BSE that The BuyBack Committee (constituted by the Board of Directors on February 29, 2016), at its meeting held on April 18, 2016 has approved April 29, 2016 to be the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement and the names of the Equity Shareholders, to whom the Letter of Offer will be sent and will be eligible to participate in the Buyback Offer of not exceeding 74,54,850 Equity Shares, of face value of Rs. 2/- each from all the existing shareholders / beneficial owners of the Equity Shares of the Company, at a price of Rs. 110/- (Rupees Hundred and Ten only) per Equity Share (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyback Offer Price”), payable in cash for an aggregate amount of Rs. 82,00,33,500/- (Rupees Eighty Two Crores Thirty Three Thousand Five Hundred only). |
