| Exchange Disseminated Time 06/04/2016 13:00:04 | Dhanuka Agritech Ltd has informed BSE that District Industries Centre, Udhampur has approved substantial Expansion of the Company's Udhampur Unit. Further the Company has informed that, J & K State Pollution Control Board, has given grant of authorization (Fresh for substantial expansion) for handling hazardous waste for pesticide formulation and also consent to operate (Fresh for additional Plant & Machinery under substantial expansion. (For additional Qty. 5900MT/annum) in respect of manufacturing unit of the Company situated at SICOP Industrial Estate Battal Ballian Udhampur.
As a result of above, total pesticides formulation capacity of Udhampur manufacturing unit of the Company has been doubled i.e, existing capacity 5900MT+ additional grant capacity 5900MT= 11800MT/annum.
With this grant/consent, the Company will also be entitled to avail Excise Duty Refund for a further period often years for the production of Udhampur unit of the Company. |
