| Exchange Disseminated Time | D-Link (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2014, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2014 & will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2013-14.
Further, pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for all the Directors, Officers and designated employees of the Company from April 01, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public i.e. May 20, 2014.
