1. Approved the Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.
2. Approved the Re-appointment of Mr. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala & Mr. A Poornachandra Rao, as Directors of the Company liable to retire by rotation.
3. Approved the re-appointment of M/s. P Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2008—09. |
