| Exchange Disseminated Time | Greycells Education Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 13, 2015 :
1. to consider and approve the audited annual accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 and also the consolidated annual accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
2. to take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 in the format prescribed by the stock exchange amongst other things.
Further, as per the ‘Greycells Education Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from May 04, 2015 to May 14, 2015 for all the Designated Employees and Directors of the Company for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015. |
