- Re-designation of Dr. Mahendra Kumar Sharma from Additional Director to Whole Time Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company & appointment thereof for a period of Five (5) years & the remuneration paid/ payable to Dr. Mahendra Kumar Sharma in accordance with Schedule V of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. |
