| Exchange Disseminated Time 31/12/2016 13:14:35 | Agro Tech Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 18, 2017, inter alia, for approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Further, in terms of the Company’s “Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information”, adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for Directors and Designated Employees (and their immediate relatives) shall remain closed from January 01, 2017 till the second working day after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending December 31, 2016 (both days inclusive).
An analyst call on the financial results is also scheduled for January 20, 2017 between 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm. |
