1. Sale/disposal of Land and Building of the Company situated at Gandhidham, Gujarat and shift the manufacturing activities from such plant to the Kandla Plant of the Company in Gujarat, subject to the approval of shareholders vide Postal Ballot.
2. Postal Ballot for Sale/disposal of Land and Building
3. To Commence a new line of Business in Trading/Export/Import of Commodities along with the existing business.
Further, the Meeting commenced at 12.30 PM and concluded 3.00 PM. |
