1. Upon recommendation of Audit Committee the Board has fixed the remuneration of M/s. S.G. Kabra & Co., Statutory Auditors, Mumbai to Rs. 2.25 lakhs plus service tax for conducting Statutory and Tax Audit for F.Y. 2016-17.
2. The resignation of Shri. N.C. Sharma from the Board as a Director of the Company and acknowledged their deep and sincerely appreciation for the valuable contribution devoted to the Company during the tenor of his directorship. |
