1. Approved the appointment of Ms. Sonam Satish Kumar jain as an Additional woman director w.e.f. March 31, 2015 to hold office till the ensuring annual general meeting.
2. The Company has received intimation March 31, 2015 from Goodyield Farming Limited and Goodyield Fertilisers and Pesticides Private Limited, step down subsidiaries of the Company that the cultivation agreements entered with Pandoo Naig and T.K.P. Naig respectively for cultivation of their agricultural lands have been terminated. |
