| Exchange Disseminated Time | Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd has informed BSE that Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group B.V., Netherlands (SMRP, BV), Company’s subsidiary and joint venture with Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has announced the pricing of the new €100 million 10 year senior secured Notes offering at 3.700% per annum, due 2025 (the 2015 Notes).
