1. Adoption of the Audited Profit & Loss Account lbr the year ended March 31, 2010 and Balance Sheet as on that date together with the Reports of Board of Directors and Auditors of the Company thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Harbhajan Singh, Mr. N Pujara & Mr. B Wadhwa, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of Messrs D.P.Sen & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company for conducting audit of the Company’s Accounts and the Auditors are to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting upto the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration terms & conditions. |
