Further, please be informed that in compliance to the SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016, the Company has adopted IND-AS for the first time from this financial year and accordingly, due date for submission of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 is 14th September, 2017.
Further, in terms of Company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 02nd September, 2017 to 11th September, 2017 (both days inclusive).
