Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company and the Trustee Manager of RHT Health Trust (a Business Trust listed at Singapore Stock Exchange). The Board has noted the aforesaid resignations and placed on record its sincere appreciation to both Ms. Lyn and Mr. Mehrotra for their support, guidance and contributions for the Company during their respective tenures.
