1. Adoption of Profit and Loss Account end Balance Sheet of the Corporation for the year ended March 31, 2011 along with Auditor’s Report thereon.
2. Appointment of M/s. Mahendra N. Shah & Company, Chartered Accountants, Alunedabad as Auditors of the Corporation to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
