Gujarat State Financial Corporation has informed BSE that the members at the 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on December 30, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of Profit and Loss Account end Balance Sheet of the Corporation for the year ended March 31, 2011 along with Auditor’s Report thereon.

2. Appointment of M/s. Mahendra N. Shah & Company, Chartered Accountants, Alunedabad as Auditors of the Corporation to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
