| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/02/2016 13:08:01 | With reference to the earlier letter dated February 02, 2016 regarding convening of Board Meeting on February 10, 2016, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31 December, 2015, HB Leasing & Finance Company Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been rescheduled and will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015, the Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives from February 03, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015. |
