1. Adoption of audited accounts for the year ending March 31, 2010 together with the Reports of the Auditors and Directors thereon.
2. Reappointment of Mr. Pradeep Guha , director retiring by rotation.
3. Reappointment of Mr. Rahul Puri, director retiring by rotation.
4. Appointment of M/s BSR & Co Chartered Accountants as the auditors of the Company in place of retiring auditor M/s Shamit Majmudar Associates, Chartered Accountants.
5. Reappointment of Mr. Parvez A. Farooqui as the Executive Director of the Company for a period of 3 years.
6. Reappointment of Mr. Subhash Ghai as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years.
7. Reappointment of Mr. Rahul Puri as the Executive Director of the Company for a period of 3 years.
8. Appointment of Mr. Sajid Farooqui as Assistant Manager Administration in accordance with section 314 of the Companies Act, 1956. |
