1. Mr. Ravi Gupta, the Director of the Company has resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from March 04, 2014. The Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 30, 2014 have considered and accepted his resignation.
2. Board in its meeting held on May 30, 2014 has appointed Mr. Paramvir Singh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from May 30, 2014.
3. Board in its meeting held on May 30, 2014 has appointed Mr. Neeraj Kumar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from April 02, 2014.
4. Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Singh has resigned from the post of Company Secretary of the company and Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 30, 2014 had accepted his resignation w.e.f. April 21, 2014.
5. Board in its meeting held on May 30, 2014 has appointed Ms. Isha Sablok as Company Secretary of the Company, who has assumed the charge with effect from April 22, 2014. |
