| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/07/2016 11:40:58 | Alps Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2016 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016 along with other matters incidental thereto, Subjected to the Limited Review Report by the statutory Auditors of the company in the term of the Regulation 33 of the SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015.
In view of the above the Trading Window for dealing in the company’s scrip by the directors, designated employees and other concerned persons of the company will remain closed from August 05, 2016 till the end of 48 hours of the news paper publication of the Unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016. It is in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company. |
