1. Took on record Statutory, Legal and Secretarial Compliance's for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016.
2. Took on record statement pertaining to Grievance Redressal which was submitted to Stock Exchanges pursuant to Regulation 13 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Company will open from February 12, 2017 for the Directors and Key Management Personnel / Designated Employees / Connected Persons of the Company. |
