Pursuant to Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder, it is mandatory for the Company to rotate the Statutory Auditors on completion of a maximum term permitted therein. Accordingly, consequent on completion of such term by M/s. Deloitte Haskins and Sells, Chartered Accountants and based on the recommendation of Audit Committee, the appointment of B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, Chennai, (Firm Registration No. 101248W/W- 100022) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, in place of M/s. Deloitte Haskins and Sells, has been recommended to the members of the Company for their consideration at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. In the said AGM , M/s. B S R & Co. LLP are appointed as Statutory Auditors for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years from the Financial Year 2017-18 to hold such office from the conclusion of 14th Annual General Meeting ,subject to ratification by Members at every Annual General Meeting.
