| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kokuyo Camlin Ltd has informed BSE that the Board at its meeting held on May 14, 2015 have adopted the following codes to be effective from May 15, 2015:
1. "Code of Practice and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" pursuant to Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. As required, the said Code has also been put up on the Company’s website at www.kokuyocamlin.com.
2. "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders", pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. |
