(1) Mr. Kalpathi S. Suresh: No. of shares and %age before sale : 73,93,466 (3.192%); No. of shares sold : 7,31,362; No. of shares and %age after sale : 66,62,104 (2.876%).
(2) Mr. Kalpathi S. Ganesh: No. of shares and %age before sale : 74,58,823 (3.220%); No. of shares sold : 7,40,825; No. of shares and %age after sale : 67,17,998 (2.900%). |
